Late Dr. Q.H. Khan was born on 31st December 1934 in the historic village of Kalwana, Post Cherki, District Gaya, Bihar. Raised under the caring guidance and moral leadership of his maternal grandfather, he absorbed values of integrity, compassion, and selfless community service from early childhood.

Driven by a deep passion for medicine, he moved to Kolkata for higher studies. There, he pursued intensive clinical education in Classical Hahnemannian Homoeopathy and medical sciences, earning his degree as a homeopathic physician.

Upon completing his medical studies in Kolkata, rather than pursuing a lucrative commercial practice in a major metropolis, he returned to his home district of Gaya with a noble mission. In 1958, he established Dr. Q.H. Khan Clinic at Nagmatia Road, Gaya.

Renowned for his clinical diagnostic precision and mastery in classical homoeopathy, he was honored with numerous prestigious regional and national awards for his outstanding medical contributions.

Over more than 6 decades, he provided compassionate treatment to thousands of poor and rural families across Gaya, Aurangabad, Nawada, Jehanabad, Arwal, and the wider Magadh Division, transforming medical practice into a sacred duty of Samaj Seva.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Q.H. Khan was a dedicated philanthropist. To protect and empower orphaned and underprivileged girls, he established 'The Gaya Muslim Girls Orphanage' at Kalwana (Cherki, Gaya), providing young girls with shelter, quality education, and a dignified future.

He also initiated a joint Homoeopathy & Allopathy Charitable Hospital to bring integrated healthcare to the underprivileged.
